Was
build between 1995 and 1997 in authentic Romanian - Maramures zone
style, by a Maramures carpenters team, leaded by Gavrila Hotiev.
Architect of the church was Nicolae Goga, replaced in 1995, because of
his death, with architect Niels Aumer. From the point-of-view of
construction, the church "St. Great Martyr Mina" is the larger
wood church from Romania (26 meters length, 12 meters width and the
tower have 43 meters high).
Interior
furniture of the church was projected and mated by the architect Daniel
Sabau from Alba Iulia. Painting on the altar screen was realized by the
painter of icons George Sorin Nicolae from Bucuresti. |
