In
the 12th November 1934 had begun the construction of the most
beautiful and representative place of worship from Constanta, with Saint
Emperors Constantin and Elena as patrons of the church.
The
church is individualized through the other places of worship by an
different architectural pile. It have just one dome,
30 meters high, situated lateral and integrated in the body of church.
The altar is separated from the
nave by an altar screen make from specific ornamental motifs marble.
The
painting, Neo-Byzantine style, signed by Nina Arbore was executed
"al fresco", on 14-carat gold background, the nimbus being
embossed, narrow-minded by an mosaic cornice and polished with 32-carat
