Located on a cliff, across touristic Port “Tomis “ was built in 1899 ; the designs belonged to the architect Gr. Cerchez , who was hired by Mihai Sutu. Inside there are many rooms decorated by Arabian palaces style; the terrace-gallery could be admired from outside; it has the roof held by columns; nowadays here is Constanta Law Court. |
