Discovered by the archaeologist Vasile Parvan, was linking the Eastern and Western cliffs. A part of the wall is visible from the Ferdinand Boulvard, where the archeological park also stretches. A visitor may see here an ensemble of archeological pieces, reminding us  of the flourishing period of the Roman conquest. At the edge of the park there is a map worked in ceramics, displaying  Dobrogea fortresses’ ensamble of the Roman period.
